Hello, my stylish friends! I may be getting ahead of myself, but I’m already looking forward to fall fashion. Full disclosure: I actually wore this outfit last winter, when we lucked out on a mild day back in early-mid January.
I think of days when it’s freezing outside, yet warm inside, but then the sun rises and you face an unpredictable cycle when trying to dress for the weather. This outfit worked so well because of the LAYERS. The sheer blouse and thick bralette, paired with thick faux-leather pants, made for comfortable movement when transitioning in and outside with my jacket.
I’m also a sucker for clean, knee-high boots. Any monochromatic look helps elongate my smaller frame, but neutrals score extra wins!
While neither essential, nor truly functional, I couldn’t help but add my favorite tassel necklace. Details tie the outfit nicely together.
