How Suitably Sets Women up for Success

April 20, 2020

Mentoring, Career Advice, Virtual Coffee Meetups, and Suits for success

“More than just suits” is what I along with undergraduates and young professionals need during these changing times. As we distance ourselves, Annabel Gatto and her team at Suitably help us navigate these changing times. Though the future remains unclear, the Suitably community has tips and resources for us as we continue to build portfolios and our presence online. From virtual coffee chats to Q&As to career advice, Suitably, featured on Women’s Wear Daily and Forbes, offers tools to help get your foot in the door.

I ended my coffee chat with Annabel feeling refreshed and rejuvenated – why I love the fashion community. The future is daunting and seems near impossible to think about, but Suitably  keeps me going despite the uncertainty.

Featured in Women's Wear Daily

Each of Suitably’s four staple pieces cost less than $100 and is designed to mix and match with each other. More crisp pairings include dressing dress down the 24/7 blazer with a pair of jeans and wearing statement jewelry with the Intro and Keynote dresses.

In addition to the four classics, Suitably sells a starter kit that includes all four pieces.

Before we know it, we’ll be on the hunt for classic staple pieces for when we hear that “business casual” dress code is required.

Panelists at Kyle Cavan Headquarters

In February, startup founders spoke at Kyle Cavan headquarters. I’ll never forget when I learned that Annabel launched Suitably only five days before speaking at this panel!
