When work gets busy, I often find myself sitting for hours and forgetting taking even just a few minutes to stretch. Trying to get better at this, I now aim to workout a few times a week. This isn’t the extent I used to workout but is a start at rebuilding and improvement! I have a new appreciation for weights and strength training with the variety you can do here. Some of my favorite trainers are Fit with Coco and also Mad Fit. I try to switch routines up between core, lower body and arm toning while mixing in cardio. I’ve also moved away from crunches and tried using different weights or followed videos for circuits for more efficient, time saving workouts!
I almost forgot how refreshing a pair of workout shoes felt, I love Brooks for how the run more wide! My current pair has lasted me forever as I did more gym workouts over running last year. Hoping to continue the routine even during busy times!
